Only here to invest and dip.
Where overestimating your own genius is the norm.
A boring industry dominated by boomers.

Anything else we might have missed?
No?
(Yes?)
On with the real talk, then.
. . .
Everything sounds complicated until you enjoy understanding it.
The same goes for the real estate sector. Most of our knowledge about it comes from investing and mortgages. Always a tad bit on the pessimistic side.
Oh, and letās not forget every agent with a license in their 20s.
Dare we make a comparison, but itās kind of similar to the petroleum and gas industry.
Why?
Conflicting opinions.
Extreme range differences. (One person could be struggling to make ends meet while another is negotiating deals with international clients.)
Always at the mercy of inflation and talent saturation.
But youāre here to defeat all that.
The whopping growth and profits property investors and managers enjoyed post-pandemic have fallen back to earth and are ānormalizingā.
Although real estate capital markets are constricting, they are still open for business, investors are still buying high-quality properties, lenders will continue to lend, and companies should move forward with cautious optimism through this current cycle and prepare to adapt to quick market changes.ā

Even blockchain has entered the real industry now, but thatās a talk for another time.
Or maybe not.
Hereās an article by consensys.net explaining the complexities in depth:

PROFESSIONAL RIZZ TIP OF THE DAY
Enough with the practical tips.
Weāre to address to issue of unemployment today.
Itās real, and people barely discuss it due to the extreme expectations of success we have in this century.
Is it because you didnāt work hard enough?
No.
Is it because you lack appropriate connections?
No.
Is it because you started later than your peers?
No, no, and no.
Thereās always a representation of āfailureā in each phase of our lives that stops us from progressing.
In school? Low grades. In sports? Injuries. In social settings? Introversion. At work? Unemployment.
It is not something to be ashamed of, and definitely not something you want to base your personality around.
The best way to protect yourself would be to emotionally detach from situations that require you to react negatively,
and public opinion.
Imagine something along the lines of acting with abundance.

and so do we.
